At Astrohypno and Astrofusion, we strive to deliver enriching and personalized entertainment experiences through our services, including but not limited to astrology sessions, hypnotherapy-based entertainment, and fusion-based astrological experiences.

Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict but fair cancellation and refund policy as outlined below.

2. Service Cancellation

For Live Sessions (Astrohypno / Astrofusion):

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
• No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

For Pre-recorded/Downloadable Content:

• Once purchased, digital content (e.g., reports, session recordings, audio files) cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
• If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, first check with your bank or card issuer.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

• Customer dissatisfaction with subjective experience, especially for services based on personal belief systems.
• Misuse or abuse of the platform or violation of terms of service.
• Technical issues not reported in real time and later claimed for refund.
